We start with an initial consultation to outline the needs and scope of the project, including proposed artwork locations and initial scale studies of how pieces might sit in each space. From there we schedule a meeting to get to know you and your preferences.

We develop mood boards that build on the palette of your furnishings, shape a point of view for the collection, and begin sourcing work that fits your preferences. Then we refine together: with your feedback, we revisit and revise the concept, sometimes through several rounds, until we land on the right piece for each space.

We refine the details: coordinating the making of any commissioned pieces, planning how each work will be lit, and designing frames that serve both the art and the room.

We negotiate pricing on your behalf, handle any reproduction rights where they apply, and confirm that every work is authentic and responsibly sourced.

We coordinate shipping and delivery, arrange local storage when work arrives before a space is ready, and oversee the installation of every piece. Once everything is in place, we provide full documentation of the collection, with details and values for your records, valuation, and insurance.
